As President of the Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs – SEGE, it is a great honor to welcome you to the 2025 FCEM World Congress, held in Athens from 3 to 5 November. Under the theme “Few Opportunities, Big Impacts | Women Leading Sustainable Futures”, this Congress brings together women entrepreneurs from over 70 countries to share ideas, build connections, and shape the future of sustainable business leadership.
Hosting this global event in Greece reflects both our country’s rich cultural heritage and its dynamic entrepreneurial spirit. Greek women entrepreneurs continue to lead with resilience, creativity, and vision—turning challenges into opportunities and driving impactful change. Together, we will explore how women across the world, even when faced with limited resources, create transformative solutions for a more inclusive and sustainable tomorrow.
Fundada en Francia en 1945 al final de la Segunda Guerra Mundial por Yvonne Foinant, la asociación se extendió primero por Europa y luego hacia varios países en los cinco continentes. FCEM reúne en un gran enlace de amistad y solidaridad a las mujeres que comparten un interés común: el espíritu empresarial. Hoy en día, con 70 años de existencia, la red FCEM incluye más de 120 países y cinco millones de empresas en los cinco continentes. Perspectivas del evento
La organización del Congreso Internacional de este año se lleva a cabo en colaboración con la Semana de la Mujer Emprendedora (Female Entrepreneurial Week, FEW), que se celebra cada dos años y es organizada por la Asociación Griega de Mujeres Empresarias.
El Congreso Internacional de la FCEM de 2025 coincide con el 80.º aniversario de la FCEM, lo que otorga un significado especial y un carácter festivo a esta edición. Este hito resalta la influencia duradera de la organización y convierte al Congreso en una reunión aún más significativa para las empresarias de todo el mundo.
