As President of the Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs – SEGE, it is a great honor to welcome you to the 2025 FCEM World Congress, held in Athens from 3 to 5 November. Under the theme “Few Opportunities, Big Impacts | Women Leading Sustainable Futures”, this Congress brings together women entrepreneurs from over 70 countries to share ideas, build connections, and shape the future of sustainable business leadership.

Hosting this global event in Greece reflects both our country’s rich cultural heritage and its dynamic entrepreneurial spirit. Greek women entrepreneurs continue to lead with resilience, creativity, and vision—turning challenges into opportunities and driving impactful change. Together, we will explore how women across the world, even when faced with limited resources, create transformative solutions for a more inclusive and sustainable tomorrow.

Fondée en France en 1945 à la toute fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale par Yvonne Foinant, l’association s’est répandue à travers l’Europe puis s’est étendue à différents pays sur les cinq continents. La FCEM rassemble dans une vaste vague d’amitié et de solidarité, des femmes qui partagent un intérêt commun : l’entrepreneuriat. Aujourd’hui, avec 70 ans d’existence, le réseau FCEM comprend plus de 120 pays et cinq millions d’entreprises sur les cinq continents. La FCEM se développe rapidement et reçoit chaque année de nouvelles demandes d’adhésion.

À quoi s'attendre

L’organisation du Congrès mondial de cette année se tient en collaboration avec la Semaine de l’ entrepreneuriat féminin (FEW), qui a lieu tous les deux ans et est organisée par l’ Association grecque des femmes entrepreneurs.

Le Congrès mondial 2025 de la FCEM coïncide avec le 80e anniversaire de la FCEM, ajoutant une signification particulière et un ton de célébration à l’événement de cette année. Ce jalon souligne l’ impact de longue date de l’organisation et fait du Congrès un rassemblement encore plus significatif pour les femmes entrepreneures du monde entier.
